Buyer questions worth winning

The questions investors actually ask before they buy

No brochure language. These are the ten things people want settled before putting money into fractional property — safety, price, comparison, fit, data, support and realistic results.

Trust / Risk

Is BlockX actually safe to use for my money?

Your identity is verified, payments are handled by Stripe, and each property is held in its own structure — separate from BlockX.

Safe in the ways you can check yourself. Every investor passes identity verification (KYC/AML) before any money is accepted, so you are never sharing a platform with anonymous accounts. Card payments are processed by Stripe — your card details never touch our servers. Each property is held in its own structure, so what you own is tied to the asset, not to BlockX's balance sheet. Every property publishes its valuation, financials and legal documents before you can buy a single Block. BlockX is pursuing the regulatory approvals required in Australia, Oman and Pakistan and is not yet licensed in any of these markets. What we can't promise is a profit: property values and rent can fall, and you should only invest money you can leave invested. BlockX never claims Sharia certification — an independent Sharia review is planned, and the model is built around direct beneficial ownership with no mortgages, interest or lending.

Comparison

How does BlockX compare to other investment apps?

Most apps sell you funds or stocks. BlockX gives you a share of a specific, named property you can inspect.

Most investment apps give you a fund, a stock portfolio or a savings pot — you never know exactly what you own. BlockX is different in three ways. First, you choose the individual property in Australia, Oman or Pakistan: address, valuation, rent, photos and documents are all in front of you before you buy. Second, you earn rental income monthly, per Block you hold, rather than waiting on a fund distribution schedule. Third, pricing is transparent — a Block price is the latest independent valuation divided by 10,000, not a number we set. Compared with local real-estate crowdfunding, our entry price is far lower and there is no lock-in on a single deal.

Fit / Clarity

What exactly do I get when I sign up for BlockX?

A free verified account, property documents, Block purchases, and a portfolio dashboard.

Concretely: a verified investor account; access to every listed property in Australia, Oman and Pakistan with its valuation, rental figures, photos and legal documents; the ability to buy Blocks; monthly net rental income paid on the Blocks you hold; and a dashboard showing your holdings, income and transactions. Every property is divided into 10,000 Blocks, and every 100 Blocks are shown as 1 BlockX. There is no subscription or recurring account charge.

Price

How much does BlockX cost, and what am I paying for?

Opening an account is free. There is no sign-up payment or subscription.

Creating an account and browsing properties is free. There is no sign-up payment, activation fee or subscription. Block purchases use the transparent Block price plus a flat 2% transaction fee; selling also carries the 2% fee. A 1% yearly management fee is charged monthly from your wallet. Property management costs are deducted before rent is distributed, so quoted income is net. All prices are stored in AUD, and cards are charged in AUD even if the site displays your local currency.

Fit

Can BlockX help me grow my wealth even if I'm starting small?

Yes — Blocks are small on purpose. You can start with pocket-money amounts and add whenever you like.

That is exactly who BlockX was built for. Because each property is split into 10,000 Blocks, you can start with an amount most people would spend on lunch instead of the deposit a bank would ask for — an AUD 500,000 property means AUD 50 per Block, and an AUD 1,000,000 property means AUD 100. There is no minimum monthly contribution and no penalty for adding small amounts over time. Many investors buy a few Blocks each month across different cities in Australia, Oman and Pakistan, which spreads risk far better than saving for years to buy one apartment. Small and regular beats big and delayed — but it is still property, so think in years, not weeks.

Risk / Trust

What happens if something goes wrong — do you have support?

Real people answer. Use the chat assistant any time, or the contact page — and your holdings are unaffected by platform issues.

You are not on your own. The chat assistant on this site answers questions instantly, and anything it can't resolve goes to our team through the contact page, with a reply normally within one business day. If a payment fails, nothing is taken and nothing is allocated — you can retry safely. If identity verification is rejected, you can resubmit your documents from your profile. And if something happened to the platform itself, your Blocks represent an ownership share in the property structure, so your holding does not disappear with the app.

Alternatives

Why should I choose BlockX instead of just managing my money myself?

BlockX lets you buy a direct share of a named property, with rental income and asset-value risk, without a full-property purchase or landlord work.

The honest comparison is against your two real alternatives. Keeping money uninvested means missing any movement in property prices and rents. Buying a property yourself means substantial upfront capital, agents, tenants, maintenance and paperwork — usually months of work and a single address holding all your risk. BlockX sits in between: you get property exposure today, spread across several properties, with tenants, maintenance, insurance and compliance handled for you, and you keep the choice of which properties to own. You are paying for access and management, not for someone to guess the market for you.

Trust / Local relevance

Does BlockX actually work for international investors, or is it just hype?

Yes — investors anywhere in the world can sign up, verify and hold Blocks in properties across Australia, Oman and Pakistan.

It works end to end for investors anywhere in the world: sign up, verify your identity with a passport, national ID (such as a CNIC or Omani resident card) or driver licence through SumSub, pay by card through Stripe, and hold Blocks in properties across Australia, Oman and Pakistan. Prices are stored in AUD and cards are charged in AUD, while the site shows figures in your local currency for convenience. We focus on these three markets because that is where our properties are sourced and independently valued. We don't claim to be the biggest platform — we publish each property's valuation and documents so you can judge the substance rather than the marketing, and BlockX is pursuing the required approvals in Australia, Oman and Pakistan rather than claiming licences it does not yet hold.

Risk

How does BlockX protect my data and financial information?

Encrypted in transit and at rest, card data handled only by Stripe, ID checks by a specialist provider, and access limited to your own account.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never store card numbers — payments run through Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified processor. Identity documents go directly to our regulated verification provider, not into general storage, and are used only to satisfy anti-money-laundering rules. Database access is locked down per account, so no other investor can read your holdings or documents. We publish a security policy and accept responsible disclosure from security researchers. We do not sell your personal data, ever.

Fit / Expectations

What results can I realistically expect in the first 30 days?

Verified in minutes, invested the same day, and your first monthly rental distribution in your first full month — not overnight riches.

Here is the realistic picture. Day one: you sign up, verify your identity (usually minutes) and buy your first Blocks. Within days: your dashboard shows your ownership percentage, the property's documents and your transaction history. In your first full month: your first net rental distribution arrives, proportional to the Blocks you hold — on a small starting amount that is a small amount of money, and that is normal. What will not happen in 30 days is meaningful capital growth; valuations are updated periodically by independent valuers and property moves in years. Treat the first month as proof the machine works, not as the return.
