Risk Disclaimer

Investing in property through BlockX involves risk, including the risk of losing part or all of your capital. Blocks are not bank deposits and are not guaranteed.

Property values can fall as well as rise. Rental income can be reduced by vacancy, arrears, maintenance, insurance costs and changes in law or tax.

Blocks may be illiquid. There is no guarantee a buyer will be available when you want to sell, and a sale may occur below the last published Block price.

Past performance and forecast returns shown in calculators are illustrative only and are not a reliable indicator of future results. This information is general and does not consider your objectives or circumstances. Seek independent advice before investing.
