Question 1

How is the Block price for this property set?

Accepted Answer

The property is divided into 10,000 Blocks. The Block price is the latest independent valuation divided by 10,000, so a SAR 1,000,000 valuation means SAR 100 per Block.

Question 2

How much rental income would I receive?

Accepted Answer

Your monthly distribution is the property's net monthly rent multiplied by your Blocks divided by 10,000. Net rent is after management fees, rates, insurance and maintenance.

Question 3

What fees apply when I buy or sell Blocks in this property?

Accepted Answer

A 2% fee applies when you buy and 2% when you sell. Holdings carry a 1% yearly management fee, charged monthly from your wallet, shown at checkout before you confirm.

Question 4

Why do I need to verify my identity before buying?

Accepted Answer

Identity verification (KYC) is required by anti-money-laundering rules before any purchase. Once approved, you can buy Blocks in any property on the platform.
